SVU Publication To Honor Frank Marlow's Memory

To honor the memory of our Founding Member Frank Marlow, the Czechoslovak Society of Arts and Sciences is planning to publish an anthology of Czech and Slovak poetry written in exile. Professor Vera Borkovec will be putting together this anthology which will feature our best poets and be a fitting memorial to the man who so well understood and appreciated the Czech language, Czech and Slovak literature and poetry. This effort will take both time and money. Irene Marlow, Frank's widow, has graciously agreed that the Frank Marlow Memorial fund be used for this purpose. We are now appealing to all friends of Frank Marlow as well as to all friends of good poetry to make contributions to the Frank Marlow fund, to honor his memory and to make this endeavor possible.
