Stanley B. Winters (86), of Port Charlotte, Florida passed away on January 28, 2011 in Port Charlotte, Florida.
He was born on June 5, 1924 in New York City, and came to Port Charlotte, Florida from Montclair, New Jersey in 1993. Stanley was a Professor of history at New Jersey Institute of Technology before his retirement. He was a veteran of WW- II, US Army.
He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Zdenka of Port Charlotte, Florida, his son, Neal (Janet) Winters of Hillsborough, New Jersey and his daughter, Jenifer (James) O’Neill of Boonton Township, New Jersey also 4 grandchildren.
