The Embassy of the Czech Republic welcomes pianist Karolína Syrovátková, who will present the Makropulos Project, an evening of selected works from Leoš Janáček’s opera The Makropulos Affair (Věc Makropulos) with commentary, based on the play of the same name by Karel Čapek.
The play is about a longing for immortality and search for happiness in one’s life. Unwind in a relaxing evening of music at the Czech Embassy.
