Society’s Local Chapters in the United States (under review):
Local Chapters are unincorporated associations of not less than five members of the Society in good standing, living in the same area, who associate themselves with consent of the Society’s Board of Directors, in order to enhance the purposes of the Society. The consent needs to be renewed annually with respect to the IRS and KYC compliance. A review of the local chapters in the U.S. is ongoing.
